Sol & Apricus Retreats are all-inclusive wellness retreats focused on mindful movement (yoga + running/fitness), nourishing meals, and immersive local experiences. Below are the essentials for what’s included, where we go, who leads, and how to book.

What is included in the retreat packages at Sol & Apricus Retreats?

Our retreats are designed to be “arrive and exhale.” In general, packages include:

  • Accommodation

    • Tuscany: 7 nights of luxury accommodation, walking distance to Chianti’s village

    • Costa Rica: private villa with five suites, king beds, and an infinity pool setting

  • Meals (chef-prepared)

    • Tuscany: daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner (healthy organic meals prepared by our in-house Italian chef)

    • Costa Rica: three daily meals + tropical fruit/juices, prepared by a private chef

  • Daily movement + mindfulness

    • Tuscany: two movement sessions per day (running training + yoga) plus daily meditation and guided journaling

    • Costa Rica: yoga sessions plus Mindful Running as a movement practice

  • Curated local experiences

    • Tuscany: day trips (local town + olive farm, and a nearby lake day)

    • Costa Rica: curated experiences such as airport transfers, guided runs/hikes, beaches, coffee tours, waterfall picnic, and more

What’s not included?

  • Airfare

  • Transportation to the retreat centre

  • Optional excursions/spa treatments (e.g., horseback riding, cooking classes, massages, extra day trips)

  • Accommodation outside retreat dates

  • Travel insurance (highly recommended)

    Leads mindful running with a focus on posture, balance, and breath for joyful, injury-free endurance.

  • Naomi Wang — Restorative Yoga & Mobility Flow
    Leads morning and sunset yoga/mobility sessions to calm the nervous system and build flexibility and presence.

Where are the retreat locations for Sol & Apricus Retreats?

  • Tuscany (Chianti), Italy — rolling vineyards, countryside paths, and a villa close to the Chianti village.

  • Costa Rica (Central Valley / cloud forest setting) — a private villa perched above the Central Valley with cloud-forest atmosphere and jungle immersion.
